Creatures of Australia  allows you and your family to uncover the hidden wonders of wildlife, providing a fresh and exhilarating perspective that transforms how you see and understand nature.

What can I expect to see?

Imagine towering kangaroos that loom overhead like ancient guardians of the outback and colossal koalas looking down at you from above. Each animal, exaggerated in scale, invites you to see the world through the eyes of the creatures themselves - making you feel tiny in their presence.

You might tiptoe around a massive, vibrant floor projection that pulses with life under the sea or kick up the red sandy dust of the Australian desert. Listen to the haunting whispers of the wind travelling through the bush, where every leaf and insect feels like a discovery from another world. And as you interact with these elements, technology breathes life into the surroundings, creating an authentic Australian experience. There’s also interactive, hands-on activities for the little human creatures that they can take home as keepsakes.

Creatures of Australia is an immersive, multimedia journey which contains some content that may surprise or frighten some guests, such as spiders and snakes. It is recommended that children be accompanied by a paying adult.

Where is the experience located? Superluna Pavilion, Sydney Olympic Park.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? You’ll be nestled safely indoors where the air is cool and controlled—perfect for escaping the unpredictable whims of the outside world.
How long does the experience last? You can expect to wander around these digital creatures and habitats for about 45-60 minutes. Just long enough to feel a shiver of excitement as you explore, and short enough to leave you wanting to discover a little more.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase? Feeding time is easy with a cafe and seating positioned next to the entrance. Feel free to bring your own and find a spot to take a break.

Will there be additional sessions? While extra sessions might appear like hooting owls in the night, there's no certainty they will materialise. It’s best to keep a watchful eye on our website and socials for any whisper of updates of dates and times.
Will there be any low sensory or relaxed sessions?

Low sensory or relaxed sessions are for anyone who would benefit from experiencing this wild event in a more relaxed environment. This can include, but is not limited to people with autism, sensory sensitivities, Tourette’s syndrome, learning disabilities or dementia as well as people living with mobility challenges, anxiety or people who have experienced trauma.

Low sensory sessions will take place on the below dates and will include approximately 1 hour of relaxed programming:

Will there be interactive activities?

This experience is not just a passive stroll, but an interactive path of discovery. You'll be plunged into three virtual environments where you can peer through telescopes to spy on conservation efforts, or shine lights to reveal secrets hidden in the dark. 

And there’s more, a huge floor projection will move under your feet, reacting as you walk around, making every step a part of the living, breathing story. Plus, a digital kiosk with augmented reality will conjure creatures and scenes so lifelike, you might just squeal — whether from warm fuzzy delight or a tingling shiver of fear.

Creatures of Australia is brought to life by the visionary minds at AGB Creative, true pioneers in the realm where light meets digital artistry. This company crafts original experiences that reimagine storytelling in the most mesmerising ways. They've joined forces with the Australian Museum, an institution of knowledge and research, which lends its extensive expertise on each species featured in the immersive experience.

This powerful collaboration marries the artistic brilliance of AGB Creative with the scientific depth of the Australian Museum, ensuring that every flicker of light and shadow not only dazzles but also educates.

Where can I get tickets?

In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store

Can I purchase tickets at the door? We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket? No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy? Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.
Can I make a group booking? If you would like to book for a large group, please reach groups@feverup.com with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.

About access to the event

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? Yes, it’s best to stick to the time stated on your ticket however, if you find yourself running a tad late, fear not. You have a grace period of 20 minutes to slip through the entrance and join the wild world.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? At this event, while the spirits of the wild roam freely in digital form, pets stay at home. Fear not for service dogs, those beautiful helpers, are indeed welcomed with open arms! They can accompany their humans, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the wonders of Creatures of Australia, no matter the need.
Is the venue accessible? Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue. Disabled parking is available on Olympic Boulevard.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Smoking, vaping or the c
Do you offer carer tickets? Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here with proof of needing a carer ticket.Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based on availability).Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.
Will there be strobe lights? This event will not include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition? This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find some seats for you to have a break.
Will restrooms be available on site? Yes, even in the realm of digital wonder and oversized creatures, the practical necessities remain well within reach. Please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?

Absolutely, you're invited to capture the wild moments of your journey through Creatures of Australia with your phone or camera. Feel free to snap away and share the experience with friends and followers.

Be mindful of the other visitors around you, ensuring your quest for the perfect photo doesn’t cast a shadow on their experience.

Is there a Lost & Found? We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings at the time. Lost property will be held at the box office for one month. If it’s after this time, then you can contact info@agbcreative.com to check whether it’s been found.
Is a coat check available? Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
Is there an age requirement? All ages are welcome to this experience and the space is accessible for prams/strollers.
Will there be an audio guide? Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide but there will be helpful voices to welcome you into each unique experience.
